Hirschler Fleischer Promotes Two Attorneys to Partner

Hirschler Fleischer is pleased to announce the elevation of Richmond attorneys Franklin (Frank) R. Cragle, III and Joshua (Josh) D. Kelly to partner, effective January 1. They join more than 30 partners across the firm's three offices in Richmond, Fredericksburg and Tysons.

Cragle’s practice focuses on business disputes and commercial litigation. He represents a wide variety of clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, counseling them on a wide range of corporate issues.  

He earned his undergraduate degree from York College of Pennsylvania and his law degree from the University of Richmond.

As a member of the firm’s estate planning, trusts and wealth management group Kelly focuses on tax planning, estate planning, and trust and estate administration. He also lends his tax experience to structuring complex corporate transactional matters.

Kelly earned his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University, his Masters of Law from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
