Overview

“Relationships are ‘king’ in commercial real estate. By delivering legal advice that is both practical and accessible, I help to ensure those relationships are strong and enduring.”

Scott’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and land use and zoning matters. He advises owners, developers, and other industry participants on all phases of commercial real estate transactions. Scott’s experience and ability to work collaboratively help to efficiently close transactions.

Beyond the Law

Beyond the Law

A native of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Scott has been all over the state until he ended up at his final landing spot in Richmond, Virginia. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time traveling with his wife, playing board games, exploring the outdoors, and playing the guitar and ukulele. Fiercely competitive in all things, Scott has yet to master the art of gracefully losing at a board game, but imagines he will get there someday.
