Hirschler Team Helps Crescent Preservation & Development Co., LLC with Development Efforts for Chamberlayne Avenue

The development of the Chamberlayne Avenue corridor in Richmond's Northside neighborhood is one step closer to reality thanks to a Hirschler team effort.

Together with Marshall Jones and Brenda Grady, Jeff Geiger simultaneously handled three recent closings for Crescent Preservation & Development Co., LLC on May 31 giving Crescent (and owner Zac Frederick) control of the 1700 block of Chamberlayne through a joint venture with Spy Rock Real Estate Group. Crescent plans to develop a Low Income Housing Tax Credit project that will provide around 100 units for families.
